Internet Service FAQs
-
Monthly Internet data usage is the amount of data (things like images, movies, photos, videos, and other files) that you send, receive, download and/or upload each month.
Most of our available service plans come with a generous monthly usage allowance—and the majority of customers stay well within those parameters. The only reason anyone would see an extra usage charge on their monthly statement is if they exceeded the monthly allowance included in their plan.
-
We offer a one-time 30-day risk-free. We will waive the overages once if you go over in a 30-day period. Our customer service reps work hard to find the right packages for our customers. You can also monitor your data usage and get an alert prior to going over it.
Keep in mind that competitors offer unlimited data, but they still set a cap and internet throttles. At CAS, our data limits are so high that only roughly two percent of customers ever go over them. Our internet speeds remain remarkably fast and do not throttle.
