This position requires daily interaction with office staff and customers via email, phone, and face to face. Must meet customer's needs and expectations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, face to face, chat, and email in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Provide troubleshooting for cable, internet, and phone services.

    • Process customer orders and service calls.

    • Manage payment transactions accurately.

    • Complete assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

    Required Skills:

    • 1 year customer service experience preferred.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Desire to learn and work with a team.

    • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to problem solve.

    • Exceptional organizational skills.

    • High accuracy data entry and attention to detail.

    • Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and maintain composure in stressful situations.

  • We are a WV based video, broadband and phone provider serving West Virginia and Ohio for the past 48 years. We are in need of an experienced cable construction lineman for long term fiber and cable construction project throughout Wood County.
    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Troubleshoot and balance HFC nodes and RF amplifiers.

    • Place aerial coax and fiber cable.

    • String and maintain wire (Pulling, Fiber Splicing, Clipping, Stranding, & Spacing Line).

    • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair fiber from HE to customer.

    • Read and interpret engineering plans.

    • Safely climb poles and ladders and adhere to all safety policies.

    • Enter confined spaces while bending, twisting, and reaching.

    • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

    • Lift over 70 lbs.

    • Keep assigned company vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized at all times.

    • Keep detailed record of work activity.

    • Complete assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

    • On call rotation - Must provide after hours support in emergency situations.

    • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-year previous telecommunications experience preferred.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Excellent computer skills, electronics, and audio/video knowledge.

    • Valid driver's license necessary.
