As CAS Cable continues to keep our community connected to essential services while protecting the health and safety of our employees and customers, we have made temporary adjustments to our installation procedure. During installation of services, we are giving our customers the option of a no-entry install. Our technicians will deliver a DIY Installation kit with all the equipment you need and easy-to-follow instructions. The CAS
Cable technician will remain onsite to work with you over the phone to complete your installation. Should an issue arise and access to your home is needed, a technician, while wearing the personal protective equipment and practicing social distancing, will enter your home to complete the install.
We hope that this serves as reinforcement that we are committed to keeping you connected as well as ease some concerns you may have during this difficult time.
During May 2020, we will continue to waive late fees as well as provide every internet customer an additional 500GB of data without additional fees to assist with any additional usage incurred while working or schooling from home.
